How to book your tent

Step 1: Check the availability calendar below (red dates are fully booked).

Step 2: Email us with your requested day/s phillipislandglamping@gmail.com & provide the following contact details:

-name of each guest

– contact phone number

– home address

– number of guests

Step 3: Once a tent is confirmed as available for your selected day/s we will contact the camp ground to book a site for you & provide you with further details. We will endeavour to respond to your request within 24 hours.

Step 4: Once we have confirmed an available campsite we will send you a confirmation for your booking which includes payment details, all the information for your stay and relevant terms and conditions.

Step 4: To confirm your tent & campsite bookings we require a $100 deposit (EFT preferred – no surcharge) or credit card (+2.2%) or PayPal (+3%). Full payment is required 1 week prior to your arrival.
